"I walked in and there was 3 ladies standing behind the counter and not one of them greeted me or even made eye contact. A guy had to come from the back to help me and he coughed on his hands before he put gloves on. The food station was a complete mess. The lettuce was mixed in with the onions and olives etc. and then they have the nerve to ask if I want to leave a tip LOL here’s your tip.. do your job better."

"First of all, no smiles or “ welcome to moes” from any of the workers. Everyone working seemed miserable. The food station was filthy and didn’t look like it was cleaned all day. The guy making the burritos literally slopped all of the food on the shell making a huge mess and barely closed up the burritos. He pulled up his pants with gloves on and continued to make my food without changing gloves ! I asked why I got charged an extra dollar per burrito for all of the food and they said I got white meat chicken and it was “premium meat” I was never offered an alternative. The girl told me that the other chicken option was spicy… my kids won’t eat that so I was forced to pay extra. They forgot my queso so I had to wait for it after everything. This place isn’t worth the money anymore, they skimp on meat and the service is terrible. Moes has seriously deteriorated. We won’t be returning."

"I feel like I’m being gaslit over people liking Moe’s. The ground beef tastes exactly like school cafeteria beef. I’ve ordered queso twice and never received it, and they never put all the ingredients on the items. The price is insane for this poor quality of food and service. I won’t be returning."

"Disappointing I will not be back good on the line was old and nasty the drink machine wasn’t very clean and out of flavors none of the pops tasted how they should they were lacking carbonation and flavor!!!!!!! The young men on the line do not seem to like there jobs they didn’t smile not once and have attitudes the girl at the register with the star stickers on her cheeks was so cute and sweet thou I will not take that from her she was the only good thing about the whole experience this was on 11/26/23 around 6 pm so whoever this young lady was thank you for your wonderful service and smile at the register my daughter loved her"

"Portion sizes are extremely small. Only a handful of chips were given for 3 people. Our bill was $63 and I was still hungry after my 2 very small, kid size tacos. Plus, they weren't even made right. I called to speak to the manager who was very understanding and credited my card for the tacos. I was told it was the owners fault that portion sizes were smaller. Will NOT go back and do NOT recommend."
