"Haven't bern to this location in several years until recently. Stopped here after work. Was just after 4pm and I found the staff to be well...overwhelming. Like I wasn't there more than maybe 10-20 minutes and I was probably approached like at least 4 times by employees asking if I needed help or something along the lines. I saw afterwards on Google that they close at 5. I was gone by 4:35-4:40 but I felt like they were trying to push me to leave as quickly as possible so they could close early. Or maybe even worse they thought I was gonna steal something. Just something about the excessive interactions did not give the greatest impression. With that said I did score a nice backpack and they have a cool assortment of jewelry and shirts"

"My wife and I just strolled in there for no particular reason and i started talking to the staff about some gift ideas for my son. I told them he is a fan of anime but I however knew very little about it. Izzy, Teddi and Cole managed to know actually what I was talking about with just the slightest bit of info lol. The entire staff that day where so knowledgeable, they where so friendly and pleasant. I know it seems weird to say you had a good time shopping at a store in the mall but we really did,they where just such a blast to interact with. The manager who I'm sorry to say I didn't get his name was also just a great person, had great conversations with all of them. I really don't do reviews but I just felt they deserved it. Thank you very much, will be back soon"

"Recently went into Spencer to get a gag gift for my friend and a women named Erin was so nice and literally went out of her way to help me find the perfect gift. She also told me about the sales going and showed me all the tee shirts which I didn't come in to buy but ended up leaving with a few anyway Haha. I work at a grocery store where customer service is our top priority and many store dont follow the same suit so when Erin took her time to help me and went above and beyond I felt she deserved a review for her dedication she was very nice. I wish there were more people like her in the customer service world. Thank you Erin and thank you Spencer's. My friend loved her gift."

"I normally don't do reviews much but I went in this place for a specific shirt. They didn't have what I was looking for but a worker Erin I believe her name was helped me find something even cooler with a matching hat and all! Even helped me find something for my niece(I think she knew I was having a problem haha) definitely great service at this location."

"I normally really enjoy this store and the random funny and neat trinkets they sell there. But the experience I just had there was the worst experienceive had there as a customer. The sales associate I encountered today made me feel super uncomfortable. I felt too weird to directly say anything but he definitely did not read my go away body language and responses to him. I will probably only ever shop there online from now on."
