"Love this store. The couple times I’ve been here the staff really stands out from many other shopping experiences. They are friendly, so attentive, don’t forget about you in the fitting room, and super patient. They always seem happy and like they enjoy their job which to me really says a lot. Sadly, that’s not always the case when shopping but the team here makes me love this store for more than just their clothes. They also have a decent selection and are always willing to order sizes/ colors if they are out."

"Unfortunately, size-inclusion is a myth. I have ordered several 1X-3X items from Athleta and love them so I was THRILLED when I heard they were coming to Buffalo! I have read on several blogs that Athleta integrates all sizes XS-3X throughout the store and couldn’t wait…packed up my newborn and headed over when it opened to find a handful of 1Xs and a (very nice but disappointing) associate who told me the new stores aren’t doing that anymore (?!?!?!) and that if I want to order directly from the store it will let the company know the plus size demand is present in Buffalo… A) hasn’t anyone looked into the Buffalo demographic? B) the entire point of carrying sizes in the store is for people to try them on. Why would I go to the store to NOT be able to try on my size just to order my size like I can from my laptop at home? Such a disappointment and apparently not the progressive company I thought it was!"
