"Very little merchandise. Some of the staff was friendly as in greeting you. One staff member approached me to tell me the rack I was looking at was not on sale as they where returns then gave me a face when I said I was just browsing and walked away. True to JCrew they never have boxes or envelopes for gift cards. Try Niagara Falls Outlet, its wayyyyy better."

"Staff at this location are incredible! I went in looking for a sweater with my two young children. It wasn’t in stock, but they were able to order it online for me. Athena was so patient and kind with my 3 year old. She kept her distracted with stickers so I could have time to complete the transaction. This time of year can be really chaotic and busy. It truly warmed my heart as a mom of little ones to have the help!"
