"Let me preface this by saying I used to work at Men's Warehouse, it was a wonderful experience. This store was not the appropriate or expected experience. I've called corporate. The help was neither helpful or concerned. I waited on myself. The female associate was inappropriately dressed for the store, she was loud and she was rude. Did we come in close to closing, unknowingly, yes. That doesn't excuse the lack of greeting at the door or lack of service. They had 45 minutes to wait on us. The store was messy and when I was cashed out, which I had to find someone to do, I was very clear about how poor the experience was. There was absolutely no response or apology. I hope the manager sees this, I'm sure he's had a call from corporate and I hope he takes appropriate steps. Macy's enjoyed a very nice sale because Men's Warehouse couldn't be bothered."
"Wedding tux rental was fine, so I went back to buy some suit pants... they lasted 4 months before they started to fall apart. I went back to the store to repair/replace them and their only options were to charge me almost double to replace the broken pants. Bad, cheap quality, bad customer service. I won't be buying anything from there again unfortunately"
"There was a mix up with my tux; the day of the wedding the store manager Greg went above and beyond to get me fitted from head to toe with everything I needed to be able to be apart of the wedding just hours before. This type of service and gesture goes beyond what anyone could expect or ask for. I will literally never forget the special treatment I received.."
