"Never have I ever shopped here, however it's very reminiscent of JC Penny/the mall which is nostalgic I'm a way. I typically go here to do free Amazon drop offs as it's super fast and convenient. You get 25% off Kohl's coupons upon using the Amazon return services which is a huge bonus for free returns."

"Very frustrating shopping experience. Cashier didn’t remove any of the security tags. Haven’t been able to wear anything I purchased because haven’t had time to make the far drive back to the store. Getting in contact with customer service is impossible. Every time I shop here I regret it."

"Customer service on the floor was great. A worker named Donna showed me where flannel sheets were (in a tiny area), then went to the storage area to find the item I wanted. However, the lack of enough checkout lanes ruined the good vibes. There were 25 people ahead of me. I had three items and they were fairly hefty (and there were no available carts when I had entered store). My mistake for shopping at start of Black Friday week? Yep. But the store's reduction of checkouts since my last visit turned it into a 30-minute wait."
