"If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter was referred here for a sleep study. I called in December of 2023 to get an appointment and couldn’t get one until Feb. 2. They sent me a letter in the mail after the holidays saying they couldn’t verify our insurance. I called multiple times for weeks and left multiple messages because they never answer the phone. I faxed our insurance card. Continued to call for weeks for follow up and was never able to speak to anyone. Finally they call 5 hours before we are supposed to arrive from out of town for the sleep study to CANCEL it. They only started trying to get pre-cert the week before the study. They blamed everything on the insurance company but I know that our insurance company will approve this test. They had almost TWO months to get this worked out. Complete incompetence. I asked our ENT to refer us somewhere else. Now my daughter’s health gets to suffer for longer because of the complete incompetence and lack of care from this office. Horrible!!!"

"Loved the Dr. and he made the experience a lot better. My children were seen December 1, 2023 and if it would have been just the nurses and the front desk, I probably would never go back. They seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and they also seemed very flustered. I totally get having computer issues, training, etc. I have dealt with that at my job for over 11 years. I just feel like when it comes to being professional and working with children, which my children have special needs, and nervous parents, you need to be confident, and make your patients and parents feel at ease."

"Took son there that has autism and he wouldn’t even touch him and just pushed a bed that I am willing to bet he gets a kickback from. Had to threaten them with neglect to even get the paperwork sent to insurance for the bed they recommended despite multiple calls from us and the bed company. Absolutely worthless doctor Update/Response- Already called multiple times and emailed. Found a doctor who did the study and found to have worse case of pediatric apnea they have seen and trying to refer to a real Hospital….Vandy."

"They're great while you're actually there, but terrible at getting medication refills called in before your child runs out. Extremely annoying. I've been calling and leaving messages for over a week because the doctor said my son could take 2 of his sleep meds if needed, but wrote the prescription for the same amount (1 per night), so of course he ran out a little early. He's been out for 2 days now and still waiting."

"Our entire experience with the Sleep Center has been excellent to date. Each person we have come in contact with, whether in person or over the phone, has been very helpful and understanding. Dr. Mansoor listened to all my sons questions and concerns, answering him until my son felt that he was understood. We did not feel rushed, rather that the doctor was there with us to really help my son's needs. We appreciate you, Dr. Mansoor."
