"I've used grooming services at this location for years. I took my dog in for his grooming appointment today and one of the groomers, Teresa, couldn't find the vet's note regarding my dog's daily medication in the system. I told her that I hand delivered the note to the store months ago. She suddenly became very rude and aggressive. She mentioned the holiday rush and that I'm the fourth rude customer of the day. She refused to take my dog back stating, "I'm not taking him back. I'm so worked up right now, I'd probably cut him." What???! Seriously? No, thank you Petco. You've lost a loyal customer."
"Messy store. Depending on who helps you, you'll get service with a smile. The staff knew where everything was that I was looking for. But again it was really messy. Not very busy and a lot of parking, especially handicap parking, so that's helpful. And it's right next to Kroger so it's pretty convenient."
