"I wish I could give more than five stars. I have a 6mo old puppy and needed him to get a haircut before heading home to see my family. Originally, I had booked an afternoon appointment but the grooming staff called and said that because he was so young, they wanted to get him in for a morning appointment so that they could have more time to allow him to get comfortable and take breaks if he got overwhelmed. As a first time puppy parent, this meant so much. They were committed to making grooming a positive experience for him and doing a good job. When I went to check in, they were very thorough asking exactly what I wanted and even had something on the wall showing the length of the fur after each clipper blade so that I could show what I was envisioning without any confusion. They were so sweet to him at check in and at check out. More than excellent service, they did an excellent job! He looks fantastic and exactly how I wanted. His fur is the perfect length and he looks so happy. My friends have had dogs act strangely after grooming appointments elsewhere but he was his happy normal self after so I know they were loving and gentle with him. I will never take him to another groomer. I've attached before and after photos!"
