"JCPenney has suffered a lot of financial difficulties but still has over 600 stores in the US as of 2022. This is the first one I've visited in about 2 decades and was pleasantly surprised. This store in Tennessee was well stocked and very neat. They can still compete with the Walmart's and Target's in the area."
"Very clean and spacious Jcpenny store. The store had a variety of items as well as many different sizes and styles. This location does have a Sephora attached as well. We were able to make a quick return and browse around at other items in the store. The cashier was helpful and very friendly. Based upon this visit I would return again."
