"3 people running the pharmacy on a very busy afternoon (do better Walgreens. These people need HELP), yet the drive-thru tech took the time to search for a discount on a medication not approved by insurance. She looked for the BEST discount, not just the first one she found. The tech that rang my purchase up was answering phones, handling multiple people...and still smiled kindly. She was professional even though I expressed how stressful it must be to be understaffed. I will be transferring my meds from Walgreens strictly because the company is not taking care of their staff, and mistakes on contraindications have been made where I caught some scary interactions (different location). I think this is human error that is caused when the staff is overwhelmed. Good job Farragut Walgreens staff. The main check out employee at the entrance is extremely kind. The make-up area employee is exceptionally helpful. And pharmacy staff hard-working and overworked. My 5 star review is for THEM."

"Pharmacy is slow, and provides inaccurate information. I would call that incompetent. Not what I am looking for in a drug store. After waiting for my prescription status to update from 'in progress' on the Walgreen website, I called the pharmacy to ask if they had my prescription drug in stock. I was told they do not have it in stock and did not know when they would. So I went looking for another pharmacy that had the drug in stock and I could transfer the prescription to. Contacted Ingles Pharmacy (great customer service) who informed me they had the medication in stock and would call Walgreens to have prescription transferred. 30 mins after that call to Ingles, I get email from Walgreens telling me my prescription is ready for pickup. Called again to verify that they did in fact have the drug in stock and available which they confirmed. I finally did get my prescription filled at Walgreens but will not be using them again."

"Terrible experience 2 days in a row trying to get my prescription filled from the pharmacy. Both times I was greeted with attitudes by pharmacists. No smile, no “how are you?” instead I got a feeling as if I was an inconvenience, although I only had to go back a second time due to the careless overlook of my prescription that wasn’t properly filled."

"I frequently visit this Walgreens to purchase Delsym for my persistent cough. (not COVID related) Typically, my appearance causes people to treat me differently. I'm not "like" normal people. I had a rough past and it shows. Because of this, I have always felt that I made the cashiers at this Walgreens uncomfortable. They were never rude to me, but not kind either. I never received much more than a curt "have a good day." It might be my imagination, but I even felt a hint of disdain when I caught them staring. Recently, however, a new cashier by the name of Beth has changed all that. For the first time in this store, I felt recognized as a human being. With kind eyes (and what seemed be a smile hidden behind the mask), she sweetly asked my how my day was going, and listened intently as I rattled off some minor gripes. She must have noticed I was going through a lot. Of course, I know better than to burden a stranger with my woes, so I kept it light-hearted. It wasn't a big gesture--but in that environment and in that moment--just feeling seen made a difference to me. Thank to her, I no longer feel judged when I make my routine visit. And I don't care what the other employees might think of me anymore. A sincere thank you, 8-Ball Jim"

"I lived at The Retreat for 3 years. The staff was amazing and easy to get along with. The maintenance guy was always there when he said he would be and anything that needed fixing got done in a timely manner. The place itself is beautiful. I used the pool all the time and the dog park was so convenient. I wish I still lived there today!"
