"The products are trash, and so is their customer service. I understand no cash refunds, but they won't even offer store credit for defective products. I didn't argue though, I said okay and started to leave with my defective items, but the employee started yelling at me, "no, you have to leave those here!!" So I have to leave products that I paid for there and leave with no refund??? Not doing that, so I walked out with them anyway as she continued to scream at me. To be fair though, she was at least 85 years old, and frankly does not seem capable of doing this job anymore, as she was also struggling a lot and getting very confused with checking out other customers too. It's sad that someone of that age has to still be working, but Dollar Tree needs to put someone competent up front when they only have one employee scheduled."
"I absolutely love this place. Everything is $1.00. From hygiene items, school supplies, household cleaning items to socks. You can get phone chargers and head phones. A great value."
