"Went in this evening for ice cream with my wife and 7 yr old son. After we made our selection from the vast array of available flavors we proceeded to the check out line. My son being 7 was talkative and asking questions about how everything worked. A HUGE shout out to Alex our awesome clerk who not only answered all my son’s questions but did so with amazing patience and insight. Thank you Alex for making a mundane shopping run a memorable experience for my 7 yr old!!!"
"I'd give them no stars if I could. I just was on hold for over 12 minutes and over 5 people came to the phone about one simple question and still couldn't answer a price question. Eventually hung up on me because they obviously didn't want to deal with it. Just say come in if you don't want to do deal with customer service. I'll stick to Food city...which is exactly where I'm at. When I was about to leave here and go straight there. I HATE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Literally hung up in my face and kept me on hold."
"Hands down one of the most relaxing grocery stores. Kind employees, very clean, and delicious choices! The Starbucks here is also my favorite. Their employees are so nice!"
"I only have one complaint about Ingles. That complaint is that their store brand tea tastes like a urine sample from an elderly Type 2 diabetic. Everything else? I love. HUGE aisles which makes navigation a breeze. Great prices with the loyalty card. Excellent meat department. Great salad bar. Kind employees. If it weren't mileage prohibitive, I would shop at Ingles all the time."
"My favorite thing about Ingles is their salad bar and fresh food section. They have a great variety of salad bar items and so many beautiful choices of fresh fruit and veggies. And the cheese selection is phenomenal. I wish the prices were a little lower though."
