"I live across the street and I frequent this store often. Really don’t appreciate being made to fill like thief… as I go through the self check out. The old rude red hair lady didn’t take her eyes off me. Very uncomfortable and unwelcoming feeling. With a full cart of food. One of my items came out of the bag.. and she still accused me like I was stealing.."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, what ever lady is answering the main phone is already having a bad day at 6am, I just needed some assistance and she proceeded to be extremely rude and even hung up on me. Kroger is definitely going to have more complaints, she needs some customer service training."

"This is OSHA approved but you don't tell the customers that it gets into the food they are eating. Why wasn't anyone helpful at the store. Contact OSHA and see if they missed something because the clothes and napkins are losing dust. Real bad. Couldn't see it."
