"Ordered a 16” square door with bezel and gasket. The listing and accompanying drawings do not show that the door opening loses 1” clearance all around when you order a gasket. Had this been shown I wouldn’t have ordered it as it won’t work in my project. They are refusing to accept a return given the misinformation and even though I’m willing to custom order a wider door at almost twice the price."

I've asked to speak to management to get a faster shipping method and they refuse to talk to me."
