"Overpriced and unreasonable I'm afraid to say. My wife bought a cheap tape measure (for $15.99), the exact same available elsewhere for $4.99. When asking for a refund, they said it couldn't be returned since it could have been used. It was unused and still in the packaging. (Since it could be used without removing it from the packaging they said that counts!). This sort of poor service bugs me enough to leave a sour review, but I don't feel good about it."

"Terrible store. I bought a drill that was recommended by the manager, and it turned out to cost TWICE what it costs online. On top of it, it was defective. When I tried to return it, all the sudden this item was "final sale", even though it was not on sale and nowhere does it say it was final sale. Avoid this store if you don't like to be ripped off and deal with terrible customer service."
