"The store inventory is good. Some of the sales folks are welcoming and accommodating, some of them are just not. Speaking to that kind of person makes me think that they don't care about me as a customer. The manager, Brandon, was the redeeming light that made me feel better about everything. He is great in dealing with people in a friendly and respectful way. Grateful for his presence there. But honestly, other sales reps (I will not name anyone here) need to step up their game. Closed on Saturdays. Disappointing, but I have a feeling it is due to personal reasons of the owners, which i do respect. I will know for the future."

"I went in looking for an aerator adapter for my bathroom faucet. Rami helped me for at least twenty minutes, opening a few packages to see if they fit the pieces from home I brought with me. Super nice and helpful guy. Sadly none of the products in the store did the trick, but I would definitely go back again!"
