"I found a listing of theirs on Zillow. The apartment was reasonably priced and looked well. Knowing that Zillow isn’t always up to date on availability of the agent, I chose to call Mr. Lovelace inquiring about the property. Mr. Lovelace was very rude and simply did not have any patience. I disclosed to him that my future career (starting soon) would involve a working K9. Mr. Lovelace became infuriated with me, calling a state certified K9 a pet. Mr. Lovelace refused my business even though I am more the capable of paying monthly rent and being a responsible adult/tenant. Very displeased with his customers service and the denial of a DCJS Certified K9."
