"I've lived here twice in the last decade and I love it. A great neighborhood and great staff"
"Look at other options before renting here. I’ve currently been living here for a few months and have already experienced enough problems to want to move out. I pay extra for a renovated apartment which includes a new fridge, yet I still have an old one in my unit. Contacting the property managers is pointless as they do not return calls or texts. Maintenance requests are half completed and take an absurd amount of time to be addressed. I have a cigarette smell looming in my apartment that wasn’t there when I moved in. Apartment has tons of cockroaches in it. Was promised many issues in my apartment would be addressed shortly after moving in but not one of them have been completed. Seriously consider moving somewhere else."
"The truth: -Zero full time staff! -Brandy the property manager has another job, hence she never calls back! -Maintenance is not a real maintenance, does shady job, takes forever to get things done! -Apartment is not worth the price, old, smelly, infested with rodents, cockroach -Zero cleaning and maintenance Think long and hard before moving in here."
