"They hold my deposit for an apartment that I didn’t even move into. Property manager told me she couldn’t talk about the contract until my security deposit was paid which was $250. So basically I spent $300 for an application of an apartment that I didn’t even move into. Please disclose about this before applying so we don’t waste each others time as well."
"The property manager lies from day 1 to going through 3 property mangers. All lie! First one did lease through email during pandemic. Informed that I had dog. Dog was on lease when I signed. Day of moving in she forgot to add fees. Tore up lease and made new lease with higher rent and pet fees. Told me as my movers where on route I had to pay xtra $550. Did I want the apartment or not!. Then after lease I was month to month and discovered I had RATS! Informed P.M. that I was moving. She said she understood and said I only needed to give 2 weeks notice which she put in writing in my notice to vacate. Staying lease was fulfilled and providing proper notice. 2 months later they with hold my security, pet fees and said I owe $187. For NOT giving 2 months notice. This place takes zero accountability and same original futures from built. They even change one door knob and leaves other side.RUN! RUN! RUN! I would give -5 stars"
"I moved in about 2 weeks ago. It was nice at first but our tub will not drain water. It takes hours for it to drain. We have called for the past 2 weeks for them to come fix it. The main Oman say he poured drain cleaner down the drain and he plundered it. I had been doing that since it started back in up we still have to take showers n the he sink or go to a friends house to shower. This is ridiculou."
"So Google asks me "what do you like about it" .. The only thing that I honestly liked was how polite and quickly the matinence staff responded. My AC hasn't worked ALL SUMMER, the fact that I had to buy several lamps to light my house, my stove halfway works, the carpet is HORRIBLE. When I originally moved in the carpet was soft and manageable only because that had just cleaned it. One week later the carpet is as rough as a sheeps butt. I have been miserable here. It's not worth what if cost. Seriously overcharged. I really regret moving here which is exactly why I'm leaving here later this week."
