"Nothing but a scam. only supposed to be there for a year. Unfortunately the pandemic hit. These people charged me for everything that wasn’t even done before I moved in. I had the same water pipe burst twice each time they were slow to fixing it and it was never completely fixed. Maintenance is tremendously lazy and roaches out of this world. You have to reserve a day for pest control when it should be mandatory. This is just a come up. No where to call home. I will take my 150 as a blessing that I no longer have to stay there anymore."
"I'm not talking down about the place but if they can control roaches problem and let it be mandated that you have to have your apartment spring because of roaches crazy that's why most people leave out of here some of the people leave the garbage around. That has been there for 2 days"
"I literally just moved out today and couldn’t WAIT for my lease to be over. the property manager has the WORST attitude and even have the audacity to hang up on me when i told her she’s very unprofessional which is not a lie. The apartments has roaches terribly regardless of how much they claim they spray. The ceiling leaks when it rains too hard and i was told it’s normal and there is nothing they can do to change that. Then on top of that the property manager doesn’t want to disclose the district managers contact information most likely because she would’ve been fired with the number of complaints they would be receiving about her. I paid my rent and stayed out of the way and every time any type of concern is brought up she is nasty about it. And they like to put in fine print in the lease if you curse the property manager out it can result it termination of your lease which makes it hard with a property manager as such. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Every neighbor I’ve spoken with has had the same view on that so called woman. Pure disgrace!!!"

"Property manager is so rude and disrespectful. I'm glad she showed her true colors before I signed any paperwork, definitely taking my family somewhere else she is so unprofessional it's sickening. I've never been treated with so much disrespect. If I could do zero stars I would."
