"I just moved out. It's affordable, but everything comes at a price. It's roach-infested. I used to get my apt sprayed monthly, but they still need to remove them. It's all types of species of roaches. I have heard a few occupants don't see any, but those are who have been on the property for years or are lying cause they don't want to admit they have a roach infestation. For those of us who stayed a year at maximum, it's more than likely it's due to the apartment being infested. Management has changed twice after my 1 year of living there. This is a warning: yes, the price is AMAZING, but you pay for what you get—overall, experienced 6/10. My neighbors were great; I never experienced vandalism. I would have stayed longer because its not bad, but roaches are nasty, and mentally, I was going crazy, especially at night when you sleep."

"Stay away from this fraud place. They make up excuses not to give you your deposit back it’s so much I can’t begin to explain. They claim I had damages and when we got to the meat of the matter they claim it wasn’t damages but carpet was never clean. I had no kids or pets there and I vacuumed the one room i occupied before I left and they claimed I didn’t get a professional to do it."

"Absolutely terrible. I stayed here from 2010-2014 with no issues. There was a different manager in office then but I came back recently. It was a very bad experience. The apartment hadn't been renovated since I left the first time and they took carpet out of the living room and put down cheap tile planks. The place doesn't get sprayed and it's roach infested. Cracks and holes everywhere. Mice get in through holes in the closets. Mold in the window seals and bathrooms. There is no care for the property. My girlfriend car was broken into twice and other vehicles have been stolen. The management laughs when you go tell them your concerns and work orders never get done unless u complain and complain for months. I have never stayed somewhere so unfit and I would never recommend this place to any one. Rent went up over $150 in a year. Not worth $1000 for no washer and dryer. Old cabinets. Closet has no ventilation and the water heater is covered in dust and mold in your closet! Old refrigerator. Just throw the whole complex away. Also I will upload pics of how my unit looked at move in. The tub is painted over. I've never seen that before. Paint was sprayed over everything. Then I'm shocked if I don't get a deposit back because I made the place better with all my hard work cleaning and buying pesticides my whole lease there. Pictures below."

"Very traumatic experience....was renting with my dad...because his wife abandoned him. I take over financial responsibility unaware that Vickie( office manager) had personal issues with my dad...being his wife who abandoned him are close friends with Vickie...I assume... but anyways she gives us a 72 hour eviction notice without any legal backing...we pay rent on time and haven't been late since I took over. I am so exhausted and confused and depressed because my kids now are terribly effected...my daughter had a panic and asthma attack yesterday in school because she doesn't want to be out in the cold... If anything needs to be evicted its the roaches. If I was a nothing individual..not trying to take care of his dad and kids...but I'm out here doing the best I can...but then there comes Vickie to come tear me down."

"Absolutely terrible. They'll hold you rent money and say that it is not refundable after they prorated you prior to your move out date. you leave and now the money is gone they refuse to give you your money back. Don't go there paid 3 days prior to moving because they said they'll send me the different in a check $850 gone to the trash."
