"Yes, everything is included around nine something a month , your rent will go up yearly. Anything can be removed from being included at any time. Because cable was included, and no longer is,rent still went up. Have had property managers, apply my rent to another account. After a year of living there, never late on rent ever. No phone call no email . Came home to a court hearing hanging on my door knob. Called my money order, knowing it had been cashed with all documents in place proving that we had paid. All they did was canceled the court date no apology know nothing . About to take us to court for their mistake. Would recommend having cameras within the hallway, Have had packages stolen within the locked hallway. Reached out to management & ignored. The tenant that stole the package was allowed to continue living there. A few events involving drug related incidences. no statements, made by property management . Claims of the outside trashcan is City property and there’s stuff everywhere out there. Have had infestation of roaches and ants because tenants habits. These are all one-bedroom units. That does not stop families with young children living within these units and you can hear everything. Do you need a maintenance They work Monday through Friday 9 to 5. You have dogs they have to be locked up a removed from the premises or you have to be present. See if your dog is not crated during the day somebody will have to be there with them or removed from the premises. They will not schedule times for you they just appear. We had our heat go out last winter which would be a considered emergency request. We asked to be contacted before they got there. They did not contact us. Our dogs are on site they couldn’t go in. Nor could we get off work.instead of just coming back once we could be there we had to wait 2 days to be able to be there. Or pay to board the dogs for the day. The counters in the kitchen and bathroom are cheap. The moisture in the air or on the floor absorbs into that almost plywood like material and will shred. We need to reach out to management will most likely be ignored. Or have very condescending statements back. Because they do not monitor the property well. The only time I’ve seen the property manager, Maintenance, and everybody here at once was when there is a Maintenance Man and accused of theft. He was later fired, and we got a new Maintenance Man. Again, no statement made by the property."

"If the reviews are bad have there been any changes made to make it better? Don’t allow this new place to be rundown. Managers , security and hall cameras. Eliminate the problem"
