"We had to stay for a week. The hotel is clean. Comes with complementary breakfast. The rooms are clean and okay. The only thing is the bed & pillows are uncomfortable. But if you’re staying for more then a night or two bring your own pillows. The other that everything was okay. Thanks"
"My wife and I stopped in Hopewell, Va before crossing Washington DC the next day. We usually try to stay at Holiday Inn Express but they were booked. Got a room at the Best Western. Very cordial staff at the front desk nice room, but here is the best part. We decided to leave early 5:30 A.M. to cross over Washington DC and were about to leave when the hotel manager asked us why we weren't staying for breakfast. We said we really didn't want to wait until 6. He said, "Not a problem, I will open early for you". The food was better than most of the places we stay but it was the manager opening early for us that made the great impression. So a shout out to the folks that run the place, I will definitely select Best Western next time."
