"When I first moved in I loved it. It seemed like a nice place to live. Then my neighbor moved out and roaches came into my apartment. This was after the building revolt over the rent increase. Ppl were plastering signs, writing on the walls and more just to get their point across. During football season it is very loud. The so called gate code is useless. Ppl leave gates open and there are ppl who don’t live there who have the codes. There is a cat infestation around there so if you’re allergic, don’t bother. They will jump out of a window ledge as you walk past. Very scary at times. The neighbors were an array of mostly working people so that aspect was nice. But once Dodson sold to Evernest things went downhill. Trash everywhere. VERY HARD to get emergency maintenance. Tabitha in the office doesn’t care about anything and is also hard to get in touch with. Once they rent it to you, you’re on your own. I would never trust Evernest property rentals again."

"I’m only putting one star because since sold to Peak Property they have done an amazing job. CONS: let’s start off with the biggest issue the roaches the roaches are so bad that I don’t understand why no one else has made this a big deal but I couldn’t do it. You have to constantly call for them to come out to spray when it should be already scheduled. Also I complained of the roaches dying in the fridge. I was told that once the treatment was done this shouldn’t be an issue. It continue to be an issue I had to continually clean the fridge out. When I requested for a new one. Next con PARKING. The rules to it doesn’t make any sense you only get one pass per bedroom so if you have anther car just prepare to park it on the street but don’t let it be a football game playing you might as well not come home because there is no where to park. Also there is no control on the parking for the games so they park in our lots and yes you can call towing but you shouldn’t have to if the school regulates parking. Then the kids find their way into the building and play through the halls."

"Once you move in you will not be able to get in contact with anyone from the leasing office again. There is no onsite leasing office, your emails do not go through, and the phone doesn’t even ring. You can’t even get into contact with maintenance. Don’t waste your time! Also forgot to mention that the building is INFESTED with roaches! As much as you request maintenance to come over and treat your apartment they never do. This is not a fit place for anyone to live besides the roaches. Again do not waste you time and money!"

"The actual lofts are cute, they are on the smaller side but not bad. This is not getting 5 stars due to the inconsiderate neighbors and that management has no follow through on enforcing their own rules about quiet hours or cleaning up pet waste. As a tenant you can call to complain (none of my emails go through) but the most they will do is send an email blast out, without any actual results. Its ridiculous that rude neighbors can play obnoxious music late at night without being fined."

"These lofts are beautiful! I have a one bedroom and it's very spacious! My favorite thing about it is the original chalkboards all around the apartment from when this building was a school. I feel very safe here, you need a code to get into the building and each apartment locks with a deadbolt. It's very quiet and I seldom hear any neighbors. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my ceiling leaked a couple of times. Since I'm on the top floor and this is an old building, I'm not very surprised. But it took maintenance longer than promised to come check it out the first time and then when it happened again there was no evidence that anyone had come to check it out, but it hasn't happened since (although there haven't been any more hard rains). Just a little info: If you have a washer and dryer in the bedroom, though they work well, when the dryer goes it gets pretty hot and damp in the room. I just plan my laundry around when I don't need to be in the room. Also while the windows are beautiful, in the summer it gets really hot in the apartment if you leave the shades up. Overall this is a great place to live. Very spacious, lots of storage, lots of parking, great price...etc."
