"The rooms are very run down and in need of repairs and remodeling. But Hina Khan is the absolute best. I had accidentally booked a smoking room and she was kind enough to make sure I got moved to a non-smoking room!"
"Disclaimer: this place seems like they are about to start major renovation, so it could be really great in a few months. However, if you go any time soon, it's pretty rough. Furniture is pretty worn and mix matched. Had to switch rooms because the first one smelled really bad and the buttons on the ac/ heating unit didn't work. Beds were actually pretty comfy and the shower heating was consistent. The people working there seem to understand that the rooms can be not so great, and they are easy to work with if you want to try a different room."
