"Stant Hall is one of the Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority properties. It is a handicapped accessible building with universal design features. Showers on the first floor are walk-in/roll-in and those on floor 2-3 have bathtubs with shower head. Key card only entry system for outside doors, call box to ring your visitor for buzzin access, a laundry on site, community room, soft drink and snack machines. It currently has 25 one bedroom apartments and 25 studio apartments. it was built in the early 60's and according to BRHA's master plan it is scheduled for a complete renovation in the next 10 years."
