"East ridge Apartments is a low cost subsidiary apartment. Goes by the income you bring in. Not the best place to live but you have to do what you gotta do. Not the most desirable place to live. But when there no other choice to live then get assigned to East ridge. Not a good impression when driving through."

"Wish I could give 0 stars. They clearly do not care what happens there. Worst neighbors ever. Constantly fighting in the parking lots and blasting music so loud it shakes neighboring houses a block away. Update: you can now add shots fired on multiple occasions to the list of why this place is garbage. Seriously, they need to get their tenants under control."
"You couldn't pay me enough to live here again. The roaches alone are horrible, despite taking preventative measures to keep them out. We did not have them before we moved there. This place is infested with them. Also, after moving out, I was told my utility deposit would not be refunded because I hadn't resided there a year; but in the lease, it does not say I had to be there a year to get my almost $200 deposit back. I'll not even go into detail about the bag of methamphetamine my child found in the parking lot, the other drug paraphernalia found outside, the air conditioning not working, the high utility bills, the $22/month trash collection fee, the people living in the woods on the premises, the incidences of parents not watching their small children, the entrance-way door that cut the back of my leg because it is so rusted, and so much more. This is all-around the worst place I have lived in terms of safety and cleanliness. I don't understand how they pass HUD inspections like this.
