"Management is good. But only one washer and one dryer. Should be or was 6 each. No weight room or workout room. Gazebo is rotting down. And rent jumps every 6 months to a year. Website for landmark say highest rent is 600ish. LIES.my rent jumped from 866 to 1052. It's not worth it. Landmark owns to many properties and neglect most. Like I said it's not the Manger on site it's the owners."

"Lived here for 4 years it's a shame how it has been so neglected l finally moved out and as far as your security deposit it was promised to me lol 4 months now they lied never going to get it I'm out $630"

"UPDATE TO ADD: They have a laundry area with space for 6 washers & 6 dryers......There's one Seriously. And they want $3 to dry.. Why don't you keep it locked provide keys requiring a deposit for tenants that want to use it, cut the price down, and use surveillance cameras! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible,Horrible! Bad on sight management, no maintenance people and whatever property management company manages this place needs to be FIRED! Being asked to make your own repairs to cover their butts with the state. Harassment by on-site manager, constantly telling a resident what they can & cannot do even though they are doing NOTHING wrong. Appparently you cannot even have visitors without something be said and being told that you are being watched! Seeing as this is state subsidized time for the state to step in! Also sad to say but some tenants are slobs! Constantl garbage at some units. Need large cans to be place around and if there's garbage laying around kick the people out!"

"Lived here almost a year. It's definitely getting better. Great FAMILY place to live. Don't come here if your gonna complain about all the kids. There are a ton!!! And they all get along. Management is trying hard to make this a great place to live! ❤️"

"I lived at the Ridgecrest Apartments for six years and sadly it is not a place I would ever live in again and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else. The past six years the complex went through a lot of managers and maintenance guys, I lost count after four. If something broke you would have to fix it yourself without getting reimbursed or you would have to go without. Putting in a work order to get something fixed does not work because they cannot keep a maintenance guy. I was surprised that Ridgecrest apartments was not in the news more often considering how often you would hear gun shots or of someone dying. The complex was recently sold so the rent has gone up. They have a great office manager there right now named Karen."
