"This is the second time in 18 years that I have lived here in Merrimack Landing. I have greatly appreciated the quick response of the team, and the cleanliness of the area. Especially appreciate Ms. Amy Gutterman, she has always made herself available and had not mind assisting me or my wife when for example there was an administrative issue, or we had lost our keys to our place (Happened Twice). She and her team have always been there but I have always remembered her for always attending to customer's that walk in the door."
