"I would like to thank Andrea she was amazing to work with. We relocated to the area and were previous home owners for over 16 years. We had trouble getting anyone to consider us as tenants due to our credit score and lack of rental history for so long. Andrea was upfront and honest about how the application process worked and what we could expect. Stewart Langley was able to work with us and get us FINALLY into a place. We had wasted so much time and money with other rentals in the area even with being upfront with our situation; they would still encourage us to apply and then take weeks to process and still deny due to the situations we told them about from the get go. It's unfortunate to see all the negative reviews, we have been pleased thus far. Austin in the office has been very pleasant and helpful too. As for the condition of the apartments they seem fine, people forget that we live in an area with much older housing and from our unit it appears they take good care of maintenance and cleaning between tenants. Maintenance for the one time we have had an issue was incredibly quick to arrive and even quicker to fix the issue. Thanks again Stewart Langley for being honest and making this moving process so much easier."

"We've lived here for almost a year and really like our apartment. Maintenance is great whenever something breaks or isn't working correctly. It's pretty quiet except for the yappy dog downstairs. The only negative thing I could say is that the carpet is pieced together in places an there are ripples in it."

"Do not recommend this realtor, since I’ve lived here it’s been only problems. The toilet splitter was running up a $600 water bill, Stewart Langley refused to work with me except to say I could pay that balance split over the remainder of my lease agreement(for an issue that I have no responsible for as a tenant/not the owner). Additionally, I’m a bachelor and keep some of my unworn clothes on the floor, they dictate to me that my apartment needs to be cleaned when I don’t have a dresser; or else I risk being evicted and charged the leasing amount w/ water. Absolutely ridiculous the things these folks get away with. The rent is cheap but the neighborhood and higher management are terrible. Unrealistic expectations unreasonable tenant support."

"Do NOT live here unless you can find no other option. I have lived in rental units for 15 years in 4 different states, and always received full security deposit upon move out. It took them over 3 months(illegal by the way) to return my security deposit. $20 of the $500 I paid. $200 was non-refundable pet free, pretty common everywhere. Also claimed that $150 was non-refundable, I don’t recall that from the lease, but can’t find it, not sure if that is legal. And the rest was for painting, considered normal wear and tear anywhere else after being a resident for 2 years. The place was a literal dump, and the rent went up well over 10% to continue staying there which is why I moved out. There’s not many option in Lynchburg, but I can’t imagine anywhere worse."

"I would have loved to give them me five star review. Over the past year and a half I’ve lived here, they were great very responsive to all my needs. But as the management changes, they bring in their own biases and prejudices into there job. That being said, if you’re looking for a nice well-maintained apartment complex that is attentive to your maintenance needs they are it. Depending on the complex you go, that will depend upon whether you got a good manager or one that isn’t."
