"Terrible place. Will have neighbors who would be loud and fight all night. Despite filing complaints, the staff wouldn't do anything about it. But heavens forbid you accidentally park in the wrong parking spot late at night and then next day your car is towed without any warning (by same couple no less who keeps arguing). This residence sure likes to work together with Millers Towing Company."

"The office and maintenance personnel are very friendly and helpful. The company that owns the apartments, however, keep raising the rent without making improvements. They cut down dead trees, but that’s maintenance, not an improvement. The playground is old and some of it isn’t even functional, plus there are no benches to sit on. There are grills, but no picnic tables. The volleyball court is a waste, kids just hang on the net, a basketball court by the playground would make more sense. We could use covered storage for bikes and stairs from the lower apartments up to the office/pool area."

"Manager & staff was very friendly! However, the townhomes are extremely small & pretty outdated for the price that they try charging! Management states that “they have to keep up with the market in pricing” however their homes they are offering are below quality to other townhomes & properties on the market!"

"The tenants on either side argued, the ones to our right looking at the apt argued every single night use profanity that was very vulgar so even turning our TV up loud was hard to drown out. The rent was way to expensive, well above the $1435.00 we were expecting (which was expensive) with the add on closer to $1600.00. The upstairs toilet didn't work from the first day so we just used the first floor after maintenance tried to fix it, our front burner (big one) never worked though maintenance said they got it to, our refrigerator died the first week there spoiling our food in thd freezer, a new one was put in but not leveled nor was the stove level. We were asked if we could move before December 15th as management knew we wanted to go back to Maine and then told us they would need it empty by December 8th to clean it for tenants they had already committed a 3 br that was trashed by leaving tenants so we hurried to get out by the 8th and still had to pay rent and utilities until the 15th."

"Keep in mind I never toured the apartment. For me it was site unseen until move in date. So let’s begin I love the location of my apartment. Beth was so amazing in finding the right apartment for me based off her conversation with me and my personality. She listened to the customer (me). The apartment is the right size for my dog and me. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size So if you are looking for a great staff because Michelle and Beth are amazing, quiet area and nothing to fancy. This is the place. Proper expectations is what’s needed. This works for me because what’s for me is for me. I guess what I’m trying to say is the move from NC to Old Mills Townhomes has been fabulous. :)"
