"I love living here! It is the perfect location with access to all the restaurants and shops in old town Manassas. The high ceilings, hard floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops all make the apartment absolutely beautiful. I love the amount of space I have here. I never feel cramped like I did at my old apartment. In the winter time, it does get pretty dark outside in the early evening and the lights do not always work very well. My only other complaint is that the sidewalks take a little while to be cleared of snow, which has caused me to slip and fall on more than one occasion while trying to walk my dog. The price of the apartment is quite high, but well worth it in my opinion to have over 1200 sq ft of high quality living space. Also, we have never had any issues with maintenance here. They have always been prompt with responding to our concerns and resolving them. They are also respectful about waiting for someone to answer the door before allowing themselves inside due to the fact that our pup is not a fan of strangers entering our home. After living here for over a year, I do not imagine that we will want to move out of this apartment until we decide to purchase a home."
"Wonderful location within walking distance of the Manassas train station. Convenient to downtown Historic Manassas with many charming small shops. The Farmers Market is every Saturday and is directly on the other side of the parking lot for the complex. The apartments are spacious and tastefully decorated. The balconies are a nice touch too. It's nice to sit outside in the evening and listen to the train go by. A great small town feel that is convenient to everything you could need. The on-site staff is friendly and great to work with. Very glad I moved here."
