"Bed sheets is made of 100% polyester feel really slick and uncomfortable. Wi-Fi is pretty fast but goes out sometimes. The bathroom is clean but shower head is too high to reach and adjust to your height."

"My family ( to include a toddler and infant) had checked into this hotel late at night so they were unaware of the issues until I came to the room after working a 12 hour overnight shift and noticed not only is it moldy , the carpet is sticky and disgusting , but there were roaches crawling around everywhere. I had asked to be moved and checked out another room to be safe and it was not in better conditions. I asked if I could then get a refund so I can get a room Someplace else. They informed me that I would have to pay the nightly fee of $175 for the night we stayed (this ain’t no Hilton) and then it would take 5-7 business days to refund my money. I paid $700 to stay in this dump for a week and it was almost my entire check .. my family and I had no place else to go because we are currently without a home so to leave with our an immediate refund would have put us on the street. I contacted corporate to ask for a resolution to this problem and they had none. I could either get a refund or they can transfer me to another hotel and only give me the first night free and I would have to pay the rest while waiting for my refund from the previous place. Again I used all of my funds to stay in this disgusting room. I will never stay here again , and I would never recommend to anyone. They have the nerve to know the conditions of their rooms and put families in them .. especially ones with babies. I have started getting sick ever since I started staying here and have no choice but to suffer through it to avoid living in my car with my babies. The rooms are disgusting and the customer service is just as much. I have stayed in extended stays in worse neighborhoods that weren’t this bad."

"Stay wasn’t horrible, but certainly could have been much better. Stayed here a week for a business trip. Front desk lady I spoke with was extremely rude. Then they tell you that you get one day of room service if your staying at least 1 week, and nobody ever came to the room at all during my stay. Then, good luck getting your deposit back after you check out. Definitely would not recommend staying here."
