"I was afraid at first because the neighborhood looks a little run down . When we checked into our room it was clean. The bed was a little springy. But it was fine for the night."

"At first I was super hesitant to book after reading reviews.... but I'm glad I made the choice too. After doing my research I called in to see if the newly renovated rooms were available. Once I got the confirmation I booked and headed on over to the hotel. Location is alright some may say it's sketchy however front desk shows a lot of cameras around which made me feel a little more comfortable. I wanted a king room but they were booked out so got double beds which ended up working out just fine. Room was as expected, newly renovated. Couldn't seem to find the coffee maker but didn't matter to me because I still prefer my Starbucks :D Overall, Front staff was super nice and welcoming, checkin was easy and quick. Rooms were great (**Call in and see if there are the newly renovated room available**) would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed for one night. Both of the ladies at check in and check out were super nice. We stayed on the second floor. The door frame inside was held on by small nails. The walls were peeling and the bathroom tub was peeling. The bathroom curtain had mold. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. The towels provided had hair and dust on them. Someone was blasting music super loudly at 4/5am. You get what you paid for. The neighborhood looks a bit sketch. It does look like they are renovating the whole place."

"This motel could do so much better they have to potential for 5 stars but they need to address alot of issues. I stayed one night and seen this. I gave 2 stars for a few reasons the only reason it was 2 is because despite the issues the room was actually really nice, updates, mostly clean, and the bed was comfortable. My first and biggest issue was that we booked a room and asked for a first floor or lower level room due to mobility issues, but instead of a bottom floor we had to be on the 5th floor and the elevator is broke and from what I was hearing from other guests it has been broke for quite a while and this bothered me because they clearly had alot of available rooms in the lower floors. From what I gathered we received poor service because we booked our room on a 3rd party site for a much lower rate as I seen guests without a reservation pay a higher price and get a lower room. They person they have running the front desk clearly should not be in the service industry working with guests, he was rude, short spoken, seemed to have a nasty attitude and did not communicate well I'm English. The room was nice, it was fairly clean but I was stabbed by a broken needle in the rug, and a syringe top was left on the floor near the trash can. I don't even blame the house keeping 5 floors and no elevator I wouldn't care much about how detailed my cleaning was either on the 5th floor. Aside from the nicely renovated room this was by far one of the worst experiences I have had at a motel. Please save yourself the trouble getting it cheap here will only mean your stay is worse, they clearly judge people by the money you spend here. If you want to save a buck, don't mind stairs, and service isn't important to you this is your spot it is quite and nice on the inside and you will sleep good when you make it to your room."
