"Looks like a great establishment upon arrival but I was barely greeted when walking in. I wanted to see about getting my dog washed and cut but they were only washing at the time. They told me I could get on the wait list to be a client to get cut and that everywhere is booked up. I went to a grooming place not too far from there and was able to book an appt. It was disappointing because I really wanted to experience my dog getting groomed here due the reviews. Felt like I was told anything so I wouldn't be a client. They were only open for a week when I visited them."
