"Room was clean. Bathroom fan was missing, which made showers problematic. Looked like maintenance removed the fan and never replaced it with a new one. All staff members were friendly, with the exception of this one cafe’ attendant. She was indignant at best. It was obvious, she was having a bad day, week, year. The woman didn’t smile once. Not good for a customer service role."
"I do not recommend staying at this hotel. During our stay, we discovered that our hotel room key card was not working and could not gain access to our room so when we went to resolve this issue, we were informed that they did not check us in properly when we checked in earlier in the day and that the hotel gave our room to another guest who went into our room when we were not there. We were then told that management went into our room and checked my luggage to determine who was in the room and found my name on the luggage tag. The hotel did not call us to let us know that someone entered our room and it felt like an invasion of our privacy. The receptionist was so not helpful and it seemed like they didn't care about their job as they did not call us to let us know what was going on with our rooms while we were out. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable. We have left emails to management requesting a refund with no response."
"Kind, courteous, and professional staff that went above and beyond to make our stay phenomenal! Bianca, we love you and her manager, I believe, Karleesha, was her name obviously has amazing leadership skills as she runs a fantastic team! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and we've already booked rooms to be back next month."
"First at this hotel but the experience was good. I really didn't have to deal with staff, so I can't say much about them. I will definitely stay at this location again, my experience was good."
"The staff was so friendly. Everyone said good morning and was pleasant. I'm not used to staff being this happy , polite and professional. The rooms were very clean and welcoming. Raisin Cains next door was a plus, plus. I definitely plan to return to the Courtyard when I go back to Virginia."
