Cabinets To Go

"When I went in for my kitchen design, the woman who helped me was fantastic. Several months later I decided to order the cabinets. I signed off on the design, so I assumed that the list of everything they sold me matched. I had a death in the family so I did not put the cabinets together untill 6 months later....WELLLLL the design I signed off on did not match what I was sold....BUT I assumed that the purchase list of cabinets matched the design (so yes I signed off on it)...I did not even realize ot untill the contractor started putting in the cabinets and informed me. I needed extra filler, went into the store paid for it, was told it would be in next week...Go to pick it up so the contractor could finish...and they said.." we didn't order it because their was a form u needed to sign ..it will be another week"...Really?? They could have called me..."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Was highly irritated with the customer service and the product.. I ordered "in stock" cabinets the beginning of September 2022. I was told delivery would be around the middle of November. Cabinets arrived December 22 that was the first problem. Ordered a full kitchen of cabinets. One cabinet arrived cracked. The paint/stain job was horrible, several cabinets had bad paint blemishes. I ordered a double oven wall cabinet but I received a single oven wall cabinet which had two of the same side panels. When I called about that I was told that this is the only cabinet they have and the cabinet would have to be modified cutting out the bottom drawers to fit the second oven. I had to wait on the opposite side panel to come in and had to go pick up each piece of cabinet I requested replacements for.....no delivery.  I was never told we would have to modify anything when placing the order. The young lady who did our order told us that is the only "picture" she have of an oven cabinet but we will receive a double oven wall cabinet. So yes she lied to us and she actually left Cabinets to go and got another job right before our cabinets were delivered. If we knew we had to pay someone to cut/modify the cabinets we would have went with another company. Glad we had a good contractor doing our renovation who assisted us with the cabinet issues. The cabinets are very cheaply made and splint very easy. Everything we found wrong yes they did replace but they do not refund unless u want to pay their high restocking fee. The waiting game for replacements held up our renovation by months. No management to speak to at the store employees just refer you to their 800 customer service number in which you will be speaking to someone in a foreign country. Many phone calls, emails, taking pictures of bad cabinets and late nights doing all of this. They are very quick to charge your account as soon as a delivery is made even if there is an issue.. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!"
