"While the floor associates were notably pleasant and friendly, the customer service department appears to have some less-than-pleasant staff who could benefit from additional hospitality training. Our reason for visiting was to return a custom-cut motorized roller shade due to a malfunctioning motor, the blind could never operate, even to power on. Unfortunately, our experience with the customer service representative proved challenging. The representative tried to impose a 20% restocking fee and even suggested that allowing us to return the item was a favor on their part. This left us in a state of disbelief. Spending nearly $2,000 on blinds, only to receive a defective product and encounter such after-sales customer service, was truly unexpected. Given this experience, I'm inclined to explore alternative options and may not return to this location. It might be worth considering Home Depot for future purchases or Lowe’s short pump location. What a turn off!"

"Just had the best experience ever at your store, all due to Flo. She greeted me soon as she saw me, asked what I was looking for. Actually walked me back to where the item was and helped me find it. Flo was great, thank you!"

"I always like shopping at Lowe's. Unfortunately this Lowe's has joined many other businesses by not having cashiers to check you out. Always hate being forced to check out my own products. I feel like I'm an employee that is not getting paid."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Had appliance delivery scheduled for a month and they called me an hour before their delivery window the day of to tell me the dryer was not in stock. The way the laundry/bathroom is designed the door had to come off and toilet out in order to accommodate delivery. I opened a case number with them and they were supposed to call me within 24 hours... never happened. Tried calling their customer service team 2 times and they hung up. Still waiting for a resolution while the bathroom is apart. This is the 4th set of appliances I have ordered this year for my houses, all others have been from Home Depot with no issues. I will literally never order appliances from Lowes ever again. It seems its the same issue when you go in store too."

"I've come here many times, but I won't be anymore. They changed their return policy AFTER I had already purchased an item, and then when I went in to return it ONE day past their new policy, they wouldn't take it. In my opinion, the return policy at the time of purchase is the only thing that matters because how else would a customer know what's expected of them. The woman working returns was also extremely rude explaining this, and just walked away mid conversation. Way to lose a repeat customer over an unopened $40 item Lowe's, really good business."
