"Horrible store that can't do inventory apparently. Drove 20 mins to pick up a grill. Waited over an hour for them to find them. Never found. Told us to go to a different store that has 4 on hand. Asked to speak to the manager, he couldn't be found either. Went to another store and they couldn't find them either."

"This place needs to human being improvement,not home improvement. Customer service is just horrible. Except one person in electrical,young black African American was super helpful in electrical questions more than that he took his expertise and knowledge to find an item in plumbing which was hidden from my site. Salute this person who makes me forget the pain to find any associate to help. Please Lowe’s hire people, I’m a stock holder and I like to see my investment do good."
"I shop at all area lowes and this is by far the worst one I ever shopped at. Was charged $656 on my card of stuff I never bought. Have been back to the store 3 times to get refunded and only told that I will be called. It’s been over a month and no one has called me back. I’ve gone to the store 3 times and can never talk to anyone who can help me. Customer service is the worst. They never answer phones, and currently they owe me $656 refund. Is there even a manager at this store?"
