"Needed to find replacement lug nuts for my 2011 Ford F150. Went to three different auto parts dealers to try to find the "Right" lug nuts. Two could order them. One salesperson didn't know if what they had would work. I should have come here first. This store has sufficient stock of most everything and can usually get what you need by the next morning."
"Tried to return an item bought from the mechanicsville location. I wanted to return it because it had already been opened. I had to wait for 15 minutes and was told that this wouldn’t be possible because it would hurt this stores profits. Huh, it was an inconvenience for a 17 dollar item"
"The staff was friendly and they were able to give me the parts I ordered online promptly when I gave them my name. The issue that I have is that not one single employee was wearing a face mask. Why bother putting up all the signs about Covid-19 and putting up barriers to limit how close you can get to the counter but not wear a mask? Otherwise I would have rated them 5 star."

Clean store, I went in to get a battery, the battery i went to pick up was the cheapest one, when that was broken, they gave me the next step up at no additional cost.
