They lied about my medicine being ready, they said it wasn’t when it was. when the young gentleman there was trying to check me out because it was ready and had handed me it, some mean older white lady there told him not to give me it yet and to make me wait but The manager there was very nice and I hope whoever that lady was stops working there !!!!!"
"I would like to commend Erick. Had some pictures printed, needed assistance. Erick was very professional and patient. His customer service was outstanding. I even observed his interactions with the other employees was very professional as well. More people are needed like this."
"Just went to pickup prescriptions for my husband.who just had knee surgery. Went as soon as they called (7pm) ON A FRIDAY NIGHT and the pharmacy was CLOSED! They literally shut the counter while I was there then nobody would assist. Cashier said they didn't have a pharmacist, but they aren't who rings you out so we should have been able to pickup at least!! I have had soooo many issues with these people, I think this is my last prescription I will take to them."
