"Went in to buy a new dishwasher a few weeks ago. It started out a little rough. It took 2 weeks and 5 installation attempts to finally get it done. The third party company that Best Buy was using was not very consistent. Then when the dishwasher was delivered it was discovered by the technician that it was not draining properly so I had to get a replacement sent. The technician told me that it was because the dishwasher itself wasn't working, and then when the new one was finally delivered, the technician that installed it told me that the other one had nothing wrong with it... it was very confusing at first but apparently there was a clog in the hose that they swore was not the problem. It seems that the installation company didn't seem to know much about what was going on. So he fixed the problem and everything works great. It was very frustrating for a while but the managers took care of it pretty well. I don't remember all of the managers names but I do remember Teddy and Josh who took care of it, were very helpful and professional, and got everything squared away. They will continue to have my business."

"Solid experience! I wish I remembered the name of the young man who helped us—young White guy, 5’10 black hair, short black mustache—but he was very knowledgeable and helped pick out a great TV. He listened thoughtfully to what we were looking for and found a perfect fit that stayed in our price range but still had great quality. He was also able to recommend a sound bar that was compatible with the TV itself. Whole purchase process was very hassle-free. Appreciate it!"

"Curious regarding why brick-and-mortar stores are struggling? It isn’t the economy. Shop at the Best Buy on Brook Road and you will understand why. I ordered an item online, marked it for a gift receipt, and curbside pickup. On pickup day, after waiting 15 minutes in the parking lot for the items, I went inside. I really wasn’t upset until I saw three employees laughing, talking, and having a great old time on the clock while I was being ignored on my lunch break. I took my items home, and one of the gifts I purchased was already opened. I paid for brand new, not open box. How stupid can Best Buy be? Well… when I returned to the store to exchange my item, I found out, as I was instructed to go get the replacement myself. This was after waiting in line. So then I waited in line again when I returned after getting it myself, after Best Buy’s stupid mistake. And like before, multiple employees, this time five, we’re talking, laughing, and having a good old time. So Best Buy messed up my order, then I had to wait in line twice and find my own replacement. Do yourself a favor… shop at Amazon whenever possible. Since Best Buy doesn’t care about the customer experience, I will help them out by not being a customer again."

"As you can see from the pictures, staff coverage is not high on the priority list for this location. When we finally did get someone to help us, we asked for a laptop, she “looked” it up and assured us they had it, only to wait over 10 minutes to find out they didn’t have it. Overall not so pleasant experience. As I was ready to pay for my items, I noticed they have no “regular registers, the only option was one register at customer service! WOW!"
