"Yesterday went through check out 9. The gray haired man said touch this star right here. I questioned why that star( the fifth) and he said he couldn't check me out without it. He gave me an attitude. I was paying with gift cards. One went through no problem, the next wouldn't go through. He said stop running the card until I tell you to. I explained I was doing what my screen said. He the said quit it. He saw I had 2 gift cards in my hands and he told me to throw one out because I was confusing myself. I explained I'll reload to it. He wasn't happy. He took the second gift card and said there was nothing on it. I asked for it back and he said again there's nothing on it. I said I need it back. Gave him cash for the remaining balance. Once I got to my car checked balance on the card. $20. He tried to keep. Every time I go here there is an issue."

"I placed an order for curbside delivery and after waiting for a half an hour I received a notification that my $300 groceries were delivered. To who? I have no idea but it was not me. Proper procedures were not followed in checking ID or confirming my vehicle or parking space. I had to go through the hassle of getting a refund and left without my 60 something items. Someone dishonest left with a large FREE order of groceries or an employee stashed them. The incompetence of this incident is unbelievable. I will never use this service again. I thought it would be convenient while being pregnant but it caused stress more than anything"

"I went to exchange the PC diapers I purchased because 5/27 diapers were missing the sticky tab to use the diaper. As a STRUGGLING single mother, I NEED all 27 diapers to be usable, and on the side of the pack it says, "...If you (or your baby) aren't completely happy, please return the product to us and we'll replace it or refund your money."-- the last 5 diapers in the pack were broken, I did not inspect each diaper upon opening them (does anyone?), I just took one out as needed to change my child. The customer service associate was rude, dehumanizing, and made me feel like a bad mother because I was requesting to exchange them. The manager, M***a, agreed to exchange them but later said she didn't understand that I only had a few diapers in the pack (as stated the first 22 were fine, the last 5 were not), I explained to the associate (no name tag), and M***a the whole situation, they did not handle the situation with any kind of common courtesy, or any basic human respect, further embarrassing me in front of a long line of customers who began staring at me and snickering smart remarks, being someone with severe anxiety, among other MH conditions, the whole experience sent me into a major panic. I had the order number, the account information for the pick up order and date so they could easily retrieve it because pick up orders do not give printed receipts, that's their policy not my choice but they treated me like I was trying to get over on them, and at the end of it all the associate said, "we won't take this kind of loss again"... As if the $5.03 was coming out of her paycheck! I'm sure any damaged merchandise gets written off for a big corporation as Wal-Mart. 5$ is not a lot of money, but if the product has "satisfaction guaranteed" on the side of it, then that should be honored without prejudice or judgment when the customer has the proof of purchase and it was returned 15 days after purchase. I did not write this review for sympathy, I'm sure the "big bosses" won't even see this, or care that their personnel in leadership positions aren't showing professionalism in the slightest. I've been working customer service positions for over 15 years and would NEVER treat someone the way I was treated. Shame on them."

"I just really dig this Walmart. It's huge, very clean and well kept. The employees are friendly and best of all, no clutter."
