"We were given inaccurate information about financing when we purchased our appliances, later on I ended up paying interest on the amount because of deceptive information. I would be very careful dealing with store associates and check the terms and contracts carefully to avoid getting ripped off. I have never seen a retail store associate lie about financing terms so blatantly only to find out later that the actual statement and terms were different. I would say some of their associates are unethical and purely driven by sales numbers so watch your paperwork when financing, getting a credit card or anything to deal with your credit report. I would urge the management to watch for complaints like this and identify the individuals who are hurting the name and reputation of the company. Best Buy has lost a customer permanently and now I am never going there no matter what happens."

"I shop Best Buy every Black Friday. The deals are definitely worth it. I'm in no market for a TV but I think they offer the best variety and lowest prices. I saved $100 on a Shark vacuum and bought video games for as little as $15. To my surprise, there was no line for checkout. They make it easy to get in, get what you need, get assistance, and checking out. I also love the service warranties for products."
