"Great prices and a clean bathroom. The stalls need new locks! If you're shopping with a friend or a family member; ask them to go with you and stand guard. I had someone open the stall door on me because the lock is broke. Seems to me as many Ross stores across the south east ; they could spare $10 or $20 to fix the broken locks on the woman's stall doors!"
"The store itself was fine. Checking out was terrible. Line was VERY LONG and only one cashier was working. Another cashier was counting hangers at another register and not helping with the line. Everyone in line was questioning why that was more important than helping checking out customers."
"I do not normally post reviews but this store needs some serious customer service help every single time. I have been here and I come here a lot. The cashiers are outwardly rude, I can honestly say I have never experience such horrible customer service. I will not be shopping here anymore. Or any other Ross for that matter. Quite frankly, they make a person feel uncomfortable I am leaving here right now. And the girl that just checked me out rolled her up. Rolled her eyes at me. And when I gave her my credit from a shirt I returned She took it from me like I was handing her a Snotty tissue Absolutely unbelievable,,,, The only reason there is one star is because there is no way to give negative stars"
"Tuesdays are senior citizen discount days — Get their early, or just go on this day to catch new items and to get the thing you’ve been eyeballing before it gets bought up. The floor inventory is hit or miss. They do occasionally have designer brand shoes, which are authentic, and very well priced VS anywhere incl online. Seems short staffed but everyone is friendly for the most part."
