Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Was totally excited to have some chipotle again for the first time in a while… they were out of queso, hot salsa, and burrito was wrapped so very terribly… wasn’t asked if we wanted drinks, so didn’t bother… asked for side of salsa and didn’t get it… wanted chips and queso too, but again, no queso… nobody seemed to care too much… a little bit of customer service would’ve kept me from writing a review lol… I never write reviews."

"Our organization scheduled a Fundraising event months in advance and its known that we have a large community of supporters and shared that we had anticipated a large number to show up and as expected they did. We have never had an issue at any other business even small ones with short staff until coming to this one. They have very little staff and the ones they do have are angry and rude and they constantly have supply shortages. Unfortunately; it was reported back to us to please not choose this place again as several customers including the school staff were treated very poorly. The atmosphere was very rude and even management seemed like it was a nuisance to have a large crowd fundraiser. Lots of yelling in angry tones at the line that wrapped around the building saying don’t even ask for this or that because we don’t have it and if your planning on ordering this just go somewhere else. Most People were committed to supporting our cause and that’s the only reason they stayed. They felt unwanted and uncomfortable ordering anything."

"This location consistently disappoints. More than the chronic lack of ingredients, it's the generally bad attitude of the staff. To say the customer service is lacking would be a gross understatement. One can only assume management is aware... I mean... how could they not be? If this location cares so little about the customer, I'll drive the extra few miles to the Portsmouth Blvd location. I'd encourage anyone else that's had a bad experience to do the same. Don't support bad business, bad service, and marginally passable Chipotle food."

"I ordered a side of queso blanco with chips and if I recall queso blanco is literally white… not whatever this is. It looks like it’s been sitting there for over a day. They messed up my bowl too but since I couldn’t get a refund in store because my order was placed on their website, I was left with food that looks like it’s been sitting there for more than a day. The employee that talked to me had an attitude the minute I spoke. I repeated myself because the way she said what happened sounded like she didn’t hear me the first time and then she snapped at me and kept cutting me off. Before I could even finish what I was saying she started talking to the other customer to take her order. Chipotle’s are hit or misses but this one isn’t worth coming to."

"I went to this location after a long day at work . Unfortunately I waited in line for 30 minutes they were out of black beans . Lettuce and chips. The manager had in her gloves touching her phone wiping her face and then touching the wraps . I informed her that this was so unsanitary and nasty. She continued to make the wraps. Once I got home I noticed I had very lil lettuce in a veggie bowl, the rice was still Hard . This is the worst experience I have ever had with a chipotle. The fact no one cared about sanitation behooved me. I will never return to this location."
