"Food was trash!!! The girl taking my order was very impatient and had a very nasty attitude was focused on texting instead of getting my order right. The cook had his phone out where they fix the food and was texting! Food was not right and cold. Was told one morning to come back because the cashier just got there like what in the world! They need to be shut down asap!!!"
"The staff and service of the crew working on Monday morning (MLK day) went well above and beyond. We had a large group of guys after a morning workout and not only did the staff answer the phone when we called but they also opened their doors early so we had a place to eat and gather. They were very friendly and the food was good as always. Get your favorite breakfast sandwich on A cheddar Bo."
"Remains a great location for a chicken restaurant! 510pm all lights outside were still off. I was told there would be a 15 min wait at the drive thru. After 3 of us from drive thru were waiting over 30 min, 2 went to the side door to ask for their orders. The door was locked! I caught the attention of the young man with his pants beneath his butt as he delivered food to both customers AFTER me, He replied "Oh! The chicken just came up!" After a 50 min wait I received my $47 order. Though the chicken was done, the breading all tasted burnt. Clearly the shortening had been scorched or not filtered. Very disappointing. The last time I visited Bridge Rd Bojangles was a year ago. The had no biscuits for breakfast then. Doesn't appear management has improved. Shame. Only a mile from my house and I have to patronize Popeye's 3 miles away."
"Has to be the worse one I've been to. Very quick to take your order and hand you your food.... Feels rushed. Chicken tenders were really hard and dry. Definitely been sitting out for awhile. Fries were dry also. My biscuit broke into pieces Only thing good was my Pepsi. Never going to this one again"
"ORDERED 3pc-leg and 2 thigh #13, Was given 3 wings instead. I understand if you are behind then just tell me and let me wait— dont give me what I didnt order. Absolutely terrible and just shady business. I would not reccomend this location to everyone. Just sad and pathetic, do better. I wanted my leg and 2 thigh not these sad excuses for wings."
