"First time I patronized this establishment, everything was great. The food was good, a little pricey but good. Tonight my wife placed an order for me at 8:15 pm. They told her the it would take 30-40 curbside pick up. I had call twice to get my order out. The first girl that answered the phone was kinda and to top it off when I got my food it was lukewarm which means that it was already done. So the moral of the story is, their curbside services suck and would not recommend"

"The nachos the Mason burger and the brisket are amazingly good. I also love the choices of sauces they provide. After this evening I will no longer be dining in as the staff caters to take out orders first. From sit down to getting the check took nearly an hour and a half. This evening we had the Charleston Burger, the chicken bowl, and the fried catfish. It was all very well prepared and delicious. However, I will not be dining in and Masons need to stay on top of cleaning the men's bathroom."

"I drove all the way from North Carolina to have a gathering with family and the waitress ( Jackie) was rude. In my professional experience, training would be advise for some, but she needs to be FIRED!!!!! She was disrespectful, and made our group feel displaced and unwanted. We proved to her our reservations was at a certain time and she dismissed it. She insisted we get up and move to the back of the restaurant and sit at tables that were already clean and could be moved for another group of people. Although we were trying to reason with her that there must be a mistake, she never bothered to get a manger when we asked her could we speak to one. Instead, she got a fit and said she don't want to deal with it and will get us another server. Our group was ready to leave because her behavior was embarrassing and drawing unwarranted attention to our group. After worshiping the Lord and coming to this establishment was definitely a test of the devil. Thankfully, we were served by Dawn, whom we all felt she embodied EXCEPTIONAL Customer service. It's so unfortunate our initial encounter left a bad taste for us about this establishment and we will not return nor recommend to others. Dawn, was the savior for us to not exploit more of the unwarranted actions that Jackie displayed."

"Came here with the fam and I was not disappointed. We started off with the crab tots which were out of this world. Tater tots covered in crab dip and melted mozzarella, YES PLEASE!. I had the Mason burger that's was stellar. It had fried onions and Alabama BBQ which is a white BBQ sauce, very tangy with a Lil heat. Over all the food was great and our waitress was very engaging and wonderful. Highly recommend this place."

"Very sweet and courteous staff. It was a game day when we went and it was a bit of a wait, but the atmosphere is very welcoming. Great food. Best burger I have had in awhile. Perfect temperature and tasted amazing!! My girls were so happy with their food as well. Before I could even get a picture they had taken most of my tater tots off my plate because they loved them so much!"
