"I used to go here for a really great salad. Now, the salad is not great at all. They never get it right when I order anymore. It’s ALWAYS wrong and I just want no cheese, no bacon….somehow, everything else just gets left off. After waiting to get it made again, again…. I just took whatever they gave me. 30 minutes was long enough to wait for half an egg and lettuce & chicken for $10. They are not what they used to be at all!"
"This the worse Chick-fil-A I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve stopped by many times for soup and they always say they’re out on top of that. Their manager Sandy is extremely rude. Has an attitude problem when you tell her that you need to tell your people to let us know before charging us that their soup is out three times in a row. I’ve come by around 6 o’clock and they’re always out which is fine but you need to let us know before charging us, the lines are extremely long and the food is cold on top of that and on top of that they make you wait for your food with an attitude. Whatever happened to be in Christian, go back to your values."
"I ordered the new honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich because it was so delicious the first time I had it. Only to be met with disappointment. The picture speaks for itself. Instead of it being wrapped and placed in a box, it was pretty much tossed into the regular chicken sandwich bag. The entire sandwich was soggy and disgusting. Not the Chick-fil-A that I used to know."
"Ordered food around 1pm est. my entire order of food was old, burnt soggy, like the bottom of the barrel scraps. There is no reason anyone in their right mind should have thought it was okay to place in this food in anyone’s bag, let alone look at this and think someone would want to eat it. Then the manager states the fries are made fresh to order as well as the Mac and cheese. Please tell me how looking at these pictures. Be less concern about the money and more concerned about the quality of food you serving. I’m disgusted."
"The spicy grilled chicken sandwich was actually really good and filling. I didn't feel gross after eating it and I didn't miss the breading on the chicken. I like how it has a multi-grain bun too. The fries were just OK. Not worth the calories, fat, and sodium when watching your weight/health."
